Terri Foudray (Part I), Award Winning Tech Pioneer - The Unglamorous Life of An Entrepreneur, Bad Bosses, and Using Data to Drive Business Performance

Terri Foudray’s career spans 25 years, demonstrating an affinity for leadership, achievement, curiosity, and versatility. She is currently the trusted Strategic Advisor to C-suite executives seeking growth through better human capital alignment. Think Moneyball for business. Ms. Foudray previously was the CEO of a software technology company focused on manufacturing performance improvement through real-time performance insights. Prior to that, Ms. Foudray’s experience has included executive positions at two technology companies and at a nationwide hospitality company, P&L responsibility at a Fortune 500 company, and leadership roles in media relations, product development, sales and marketing, and brand management. She also started and sold her first business venture. Ms. Foudray was a member of CompTIA’s worldwide IoT Advisory Council from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, Ms. Foudray was honored by the Women Tech Founders organization as the award winner in Women-in-Tech Intelligence and Automation.  She holds a Bachelor of Journalism-Advertising from the University of Missouri – Columbia. She was awarded a scholarship and completed the WBENC Energy Executive Program with the University of Texas at Austin in 2019.
